Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked, minced tuna meat
- 1/2 cup powdered coconut
- 1/4 tsp green chilli paste
- 1/4 tsp ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients
- Make small patties of the mixture
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan
- Shallow fry till golden brown on one side
- Turn and let it fry till golden brown
- Serve hot with ketchup and hot coffee
